When you dial into a VoxGate-powered telephone line operated by Evan Parden ("VoxGate", "we", "us", or "our"), we collect your caller ID phone number, call routing telemetry, keypad selections (such as pressing 1 during an active phone call to request a one-time transactional checkout link), and payment confirmation metadata processed securely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your phone number solely to route your inbound phone call and, only when you explicitly press 1 on your phone keypad during a live call, to send you a single transactional SMS message containing your requested Stripe payment link to connect your active phone call.
3. SMS Opt-In Data & Non-Sharing Guarantee
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners under any circumstances.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or transfer any phone numbers or SMS consent records collected through our phone lines or website to any third party.
4. Opt-Out & Support
